Total Mens Primary Care - Flower Mound

This would be my 2nd visit at a Total Men’s clinic and my experience in Austin was far better. This front desk staff here is very off putting as soon as you walk in. Unwelcoming, eating at the desk and a bit unorganized. Felt like I had to ask them to help me. A lot of misinformation given and when I called her out for it she lied instead of owning up to the mistake. I’ve been in customer service almost my whole life, long enough to know when there’s a one off situation going on and this experience seems like the norm here. My doctor was fantastic but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Great atmosphere and very attentive to your needs from the moment you walk in. The staff is very thorough and on the same page with regards to the nature of your visit. The Doctor was very thorough in his review of info/systems but also uniquely wanted to know what my expectations were and why I was there. What was I looking for? Looking forward to working w/ this group and my initial anxiety about changing clinics is gone!

New to TMPC. Scheduling was easy, and you can do everything online. Staff was friendly and I got in and out quickly for my annual wellness exam. Look forward to being a long time client!

I had an excellent first experience with the staff at the Flower Mound Total Mens Primary Care. I was seen on time for my appointment and appreciated the one on one care given. I look forward to working on my health through this team.

This place is just a glorified testosterone clinic that cant seem to get on the same page! Messed up my appointment one time then had to reschedule because the doctor wasnt there. They didnt call me to let me know until an hour beforehand. Thn they tell me my follow up is going to cost $35 just to go over my labs even though they told me the week before it was included with the annual exam. On top of that they say the annual wasnt covered fully by my insurance. Probably because they arent a real clinic! Ultimately the bad customer service made me to decide to take my business elsewhere. Trina the receptionist is rude and unqualified in my opinion.

First visit today and I was extremely pleased. Almost no wait between check in and the visit with the Dr. The staff was very personable and professional. This is not your ordinary Dr visit. This will be my go to for all my medical needs.

I had a great experience, new patient, staff was fantastic. There was no wait and the doc was attentive and didnt show signs of God complex.. win in my book!

I use Total Mens for my Botox, and I have to say as someone who has had her fair share of Doctors on rotation; I really really love the provider here! Im someone who deals with a great deal of anxiety before any kind of apt (or social interaction, really) and Bill and his staff always keep it light hearted and fun! Trina even keeps snacks for my little when he comes with me which I love as well!!! Not only that..the Botox is always on point, kicks in fast and doesnt look over done EVER! Im a forever patient of Botox Bill! Also Im a HUGE fan of the patient portal so I can reference blood result and past appointments, its super helpful for my specialist!

Bill was great , very informative. The provider Bill Hubbs was very nice , understood right away my concerns and addressed them. I was always afraid of doctors appointments and office visits but today was great. From the front desk to the nurses the entire staff made me feel welcome. This is definitely my new primary health care provider.

Rapid COVID-19 test office. Mobile QR login helps quick new patient registration at the front desk. Copay will be charged depending on insurance types. No reservations are necessary. Not fancy but enough for snapshot test.Note: Antigen test not antibody!

Great people and good service. Was in and out fairly quickly. No compliants. Will be going back in the future for whatever is needed.

Trina is so rude Ive been seen dr Hubb for a long time but her rudeness made me look for a different doctor already . Everytime I call she gives me attitude will not come back to this clinic ever ..Ive shouldve seen the reviews about Trina were bad already passive aggressive. Really sad because I liked Dr Hubb but somebody like that should definitely not be a front desk person. Tried to make an appointment today for a follow up and she was so rude about it and I asked her to cancel on my future appointments with Dr Hubb and she did not gave a care in the world so sarcastic said that OK

Great experience. Came in for my yearly physical, was in and out in under 30 min. 0 wait time very attentive and kind staff. Will be my new primary care no doubt.

Christy lady in the front, is in desperate need of customer service training. Not sure who hired, but she is extremly uncomfortable, lacks work ethic, and is very passive aggressive. STAY AWAY!

Ive been a patient at this Flower Mound location for several months, maybe over a year now.. I always had great experience here until they changed their front desk people, now they have had a new lady named Trina, and ever since she started their experience has completely changed and not for good!My perception is that she has a power trip! every time I walk into the office is she always has to make sarcastic comments because I dont have an appointment, comments like; mmm... I dont know if we will have time for you, you didnt have an appointment again, not sure if I can fit you in as if she is making me a favor, if you dont make an appointment we wont be able to see you even though, the front window reads loud and clear WALK INs WELCOME. Also, Ive explained to her several times, that I cant make an appointment as my business is very demanding and my schedule changes within 24 hours; the few times I tried to please her and make an appointment, I couldnt make it...Well, yesterday I showed up again and once again, she had to make her smart comments and it was the last one I could take, so I just told her dont worry about it, Ill just go somewhere else, thank you and walked away... she went ballistic!! telling me to wait, telling me she was just joking, and asking why I toke it personal... I respectfully asked her to stop, but she cat going and going, so I asked to talk to the doctor in charge, but I was denied as she told me he was on the phone so I asked to talk to Margie, the nurse (actually Margie is the only reason I kept putting up with Trinas comments and coming back, she is awesome and caring person), so she came out, I explained to her what happened.. while I was trying to talk to Margie, Trina kept going and going! Margie apologized for the situation and told me she was very sorry to see me leave.While I was seating on my car looking for another facility, Trina came to my car crying to apologize and repeatedly telling me she was joking... I just told her not to worry about it, I understand but I rather go somewhere else.This location was great when we had the previous girl (Im sorry I just forgot her name) with pink/red hair at the front, she was awesome, also besides Margie (best asset to this location!) we had Bridget (phenomenal!) and Dr. Matt... this was the dream team!

Dont have the time to do a long review, but they were fast, kind and quick. Within minutes I was taken care. And that is counting that I was a new patient, which generally around here they dont take patients at all or next appointment is in 2 months. Great Job!

Convenient, easy, and great staff that really cares about their patients. I highly recommend this over a traditional Dr office experience.

Dr. Bill Hubbs is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The place is super clean, and making an appointment and submitting my information was super simple too.

That’s great customer service. Thank you!!!Last appointment I was 5 minutes lateYesterday I arrived 5 minutes early for a 2pm appointment.I tried twice to enter and the door is locked. I followed the Dr in at 1:59The receptionist who has a habit of talking at you and passively aggressively talks down to you asked me to “please have a seat hun, it’s gonna be a few minutes” Then speaks to me from the other room, “ok I’m ready” like 2 minutes later.I’m there for quarterly blood work and she hands me a form, “you need to fill this out” it’s a 20 question page on seasonal allergies.I’m already in a bad head space at this point-We proceed, by my then being Charged $77 as a copay while paying $150 / month for home TRT treatment and $280 for blood test.I ask why is this so much more expensive than what it used to be? She replies well you should just pay $199 / month cash and that covers everything. It doesn’t cover the quarterly co pay. Then she says I need a separate appointment for my prescriptions also quarterly @$77. Oh and your annual physical too, that’s extra also and the $199 ($2400 / year) since it’s cash doesn’t count toward your deductible.I went from $15 / week $780 / year to getting TRT sent home to self inject and now being charged over $3000 / year. That’s over 280% higher.I ask a simple question: why is this so much more expensive than it used to be? I still don’t have the answer to that question so I’m gonna try another location.Bill and Marcy have been pretty great but Trina (who can do no wrong if you ask her) is just not someone I have patience for.

Super easy and fast! Filled out everything online that made this a super easy and fast physical check up. From checking in and checking out it was smooth as butter!! Friendly people, the doc was awesome answered all my questions!

Terrible experience. I felt like I was given the run around when I made a simple request. The PCP wouldnt even give me the professional courtesy of speaking with me or returning my call. I had to communicate through his assistant. Unprofessional. Repeatedly called my scripts into the wrong pharmacy. Go elsewhere.

Very nice place and when you walk in they say hello, get you checked in fast. They asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and I Barely sat down and took me back. The Young lady did my vitals and the doctor was in there within two or three minutes. The doctor listen to what I had to say and was very nice. Felt like I had know him for a long time. I was there maybe 20 minutes. I know where I’m gone the next time I need to see a doctor. I highly recommend them.

I was struggling with a sore throat for a couple days and I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. I was checked in, seen by the staff and treated efficiently. The Flower Mound location is shiny new and clean, with a comfortable waiting area.

Initially was good with the office but don’t ask them to fax anything for you. I had a physical completed in December and unfortunately did not have the form for the doc to fill out while I was there. I went back in February and you would have thought I was asking for an extensive research project demanding hours of time. The nurse I spoke with initially made it quite clear that I should have brought it in with me when I came in for my appointment. Well, I didn’t, so can you please help a customer out? While she filled out part of it obviously bothered by my request I was told to check back next day. They did as requested but left off the weight and placed the date of testing. I get another notification from my work so I get to call again. Up to this point I am trying to keep positive. Office answers. I let them know that I contacted them previously and while they faxed the form it was missing weight. I was told Sir, I faxed that in and the weight was on there. Also you really should bring this with you when you have the appointment. At that point I reminded her that I was a customer needing assistance and if she could do me a favor and do it with the necessary adjustments. I also slipped and reminded her this is a fax I am requesting nothing overwhelming. I was told that they would do it right now and to have a better weekend. Needless to say I will just go somewhere else. If you are looking for polite office staff go somewhere else.

I needed an Covid test ASAP. A coworker recommended them I found this location near me and scheduled an appointment with immediate openings. They got me in immediately and was finished with the results in about 20 minutes. The online and new patient setup was the easiest I have completed and worked on my phone without issues. The nurse/ receptionist was very nice. I couldn’t have had a better experience and will definitely be back. There process and scheduling was much better than my current primary care. Also they didn’t require a virtual visit or copay. I intend to schedule my future appointments here.

Appointment was on time with no wait. Dr. Hubbs took his time and listened to all of my concerns and addressed each concern with a recommended plan of care. I’m happy to have found a PCP that is a good fit for my expectations. Thank you!

Super clean facility, staff was courteous and polite AND they have a full bar of snacks, drinks, TV and nice chairs for you to sit in. Def sticking with these guys for as long as I can!

I normally go to the Southlake location. But do to the limited times available there today. I decided to go to the Flower Mound location. Since it was on my way to pick my son up. Just like Southlake & North Richland Hills location, Flower Mound was exceptional too. I would recommend that location too.

I had a great and efficient visit today at Total Mens. I was in need of a rapid results COVID test for asymptomatic person. I easily schedule a visit online. When I got there I realized I had scheduled my visit for the wrong day. However, they worked me right into the rotation and were super accommodating. My test was quick and results quicker!! Office is clean and all staff members were kind and courteous. I would highly recommend.

I went in as a walk-in to get a rapid covid test and was in an out in under an hour for only $20. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. I checked in online and was able to wait in my car. The test itself was quick and easy and I had my results within 15 minutes. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very confused about how prescriptions work. Timing is terrible and they cant get the meds filled in time for anyone that works. They make no accommodations and have no solutions for those of us who travel and need medications.I asked all these questions in detail when I was in the office, and now here we are with a whole new set of answers and no solutions.

I either got bit by something or allergic to something. I was up all night itching. Couldn’t take it anymore. I called around 12 pm explained my issue. They got me in within two hours. The checkin process was very easy. Polite office staff. The waiting room has a flat screen TV. Several snacks and beverages l. I waited less than five minutes and the nurse came and got me. She had a great attitude. Took my vitals, asked some questions and said the doctor would be right with me. Less than 5 minutes and the doctor came in my room. We talked a little about my rash, he looked at it and put together a treatment plan. He had such a great bedside manor. I mean down to earth and genuine. You just doesn’t see that anymore. Pleasantly surprised. From the point I walked in the front door until the time I was getting in my car was 27 minutes and even had to get a shot. I can’t recommend this place enough. Top notch. Thank you for taking such good care on me. What a breathe of fresh air! I will be back.

Staff was very nice and very professional. My white coat syndrome typically keeps me out of a Dr’s office, but with how understanding and friendly the staff were, it’s definitely going to make it much easier. Great place!

The reviews on this site are definitely true - - - I like many others went for a covid test without an appointment and had a great experience. Easy to fill online form completed from my car, they called me when it was time to come in, and the results were back within 15 minutes. The staff is great....very courteous and excellent customer service.

I needed a rapid Covid test, called, was able to get an appointment within next half hour. After timely digital check in and few minutes wait in cosy waiting room, full with all kind of drinks, a nurse came and got me to perform the test. I was out in a few minutes and got a text with result in less than 15’.Everybody was very nice, place is nice and brand new and everything took place in a very timely fashion. Very nice experience. I totally recommend.

Although the service was 4 stars (from doctors care) the overall appointment at this place was very uncomfortable.I arrive to my appointment on time, only to witness the two women behind the desk were too busy joking around with one client, kept reminding me every minute or so to patiently wait.When it was finally MY TURN after 20mins of chattering, I am once more forced to wait another 20-30mins trying to send 1 piece of document via email because their wifi & cellular service was absolute joke. When I had asked for an alternate way to send my medical doc, the white female receptionist suggested text option and asked for my phone. It seemed like she was shuffling through my photos rather than sending the document (which I had already pulled up on text box, all it needed was a phone number).Think Im done? Nope. I filled out basic contact information well before my appointment the day before. The white female rep kept saying she couldnt find my info (wth) and forced me to fill out the whole darn thing from scratch (another 15mins)... and this is where she then insulted me by asking racial questions such as are you really born here is that your real name.Shoot if I keep going it might turn into an essay (just from 1 visit).Overall, one & done. Not returning.

I needed a rapid covid test 3 days before Christmas. I didn’t know they took women but called to check. I was able to get in by booking online and got a appointment pretty quick. The overall process was simple. The test went much smoother than I had thought it would. I waited 15 minutes for my results. Quick and easy. I highly recommend them.

Had to get a rapid covid test since I had a close contact. Was quick, easy and had results in 30 minutes. With everything booked around the area they had plenty of appointments which was so refreshing to be able to schedule and just go. Friendly staff as well!

I visited for a rapid COVID test on short notice. The team at Total Mens was great! It was easy to get an appointment, everything was on time and quick. I was in and out the door in just a few minutes and received a text with my results within an hour. I highly recommend them for testing.

I needed a Covid test after exposure in my household. Booking an appointment online was quick, easy, and straightforward. Before my appointment, I received a text message with a link to complete all of my paperwork online. When I arrived, I simply gave my name, they verified my paperwork was complete, and I was sent to the waiting room. Within 2 minutes, I was taken back for my covid test. I was in the clinic less than 5 minutes! After 30-45 min ( they promised to text within an hour) , I received a text message with a link to my results.This is by far the fastest and most organized place I have been for covid testing and would absolutely recommend them and return if need be in the future!

Felt off I knew it was allergies but always better to be safe than sorry booked a appointment and was able to schedule immediately, it was quick and easy to get in for my Rapid Covid test, the ladies there were incredibly polite and efficient! And I was able to get my results quickly. Best part of my whole experience, besides the friendliness, was that they took my insurance! I cant believe people dont know they can go here for a Covid19 rapid screening!

The worst. I wasnt getting approved for a refill on my blood pressure meds so I called them. I was told I needed to come in for my annual physical. I told her I had a week of pills left so that would be fine. I came in the next morning. I waited a week and still no refill so I called... I was told I have to come in for the results... ok but Im out of pills. My BP was extremely high so I just wanted my pills. I told her how high it was and I didnt want to stroke out so the sooner the better. She told me I needed to hang up and call 911 if I was stroking out.... I told her I didnt say I was just that I didnt want to. She said she would work me in so I bolted over. The doctor was alarmed at how high my blood pressure was so he was calling in an emergency prescription for me. I was to take one immediately and wait 1 hour 15 minutes. If it hadnt gone below 160/100 was to take another and wait again. I was informed at that point if it wasnt under 160/100 I was to go to the ER. This was 9am. I went straight to the pharmacy and waited an hour. Still no prescription. So I went to work and called every 30 minutes. At 2:30 they said it had been called in.These people dont care about you! Dont waste your time.

Doctor KK was great I’ve never had a more detailed body check. The staff was nice and efficient. I checked in and was called to my room within 3 minutes.In my previous experience with other PCPs the doctor would always be in a rush and it would sometimes be hard to communicate with the doctor because I felt rushed. At Total Men’s Primary Care I felt like all my questions mattered and never felt as if the doctor was in a hurry to get to the next patient.I highly recommend Total Men’s PC no matter how young or old.

I had a rocky start with Total in the beginning. We had a billing issue that was hard to clean up but a manger go involved and fixed that and we have been doing great since.I always enjoy the friendly staff and the comfort of the place. Also, I have had blood taken there twice and I swear, I did not even feel it either time. They have a very qualified staff. Great folks! I will be back!

I loved coming here! I came in to get a Covid test for an event and it went so quickly! I was in and out of there in five minutes and got my results within 30 minutes. Even though you’re not waiting very long the waiting room is really nice, clean and filled with drinks snacks and coffee! Definitely coming here anytime I need to!

Went for a rapid covid test today. Scheduling allows there to be minimal people there at once, forms and ID scans are all electronic, and I could visibly tell they disinfected from the previous client. The nasal swab was super quick too! Overall a very clean, quick, and comforting experience!

Came for an annual physical. Everything from check-in to the time spent going over everything with me was first class. The follow-up to review my labs was perfect and educational. The only thing that I will say is that the transparent pricing is not accurate. I was told that my cash pay price was all that was going to be due, and then three months later received another $100 invoice in the mail. Charges were showing higher than what was presented at check-in. Not so sure about transparent pricing at this point - service is excellent, but pricing I am not so sure about.

Had to have the quick test as Im a essential care giver. Got a reminder text for my visit. Filled out all needed information on line. Great staff. Very professional and friendly. No wait on my scheduled appointment time. Results in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I am a female, but so thankful they allow females in for COVID testing! It was super efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and received my results about an hour and half later. It was easy to schedule online which was great since I couldn’t find a test for days at other places!

I found out this morning that I had been exposed to Covid. I was able to get in and be tested almost immediately. The staff was amazing and very professional. I was impressed by how quickly and constantly they were sanitizing shared surfaces. I received my results quickly as well. Two thumbs up!

This team is the best! The fact that they are there and ready with Rapid Covid testing is a life saver. We finally get to visit Mom in her nursing home after 8 months and needed a quick test. At first I was sceptical because of past experiences with other Doctors offices, but my experience here has been great. From the friendly people at check-in, to the Doctors and assistants, everyone has been really helpful and actually care about treating all kinds of issues by giving you a personalized treatments with follow-ups. Another advantage is being able to schedule online and at multiple locations across the metroplex make it much more convenient for me whether I am close to home or the office. I can usually get in and out really quickly and not have to worry about being in a waiting area for long. Quick and easy for sure.

Had a last minute need for my wife and I to have a Covid rapid test. We were able to go online and schedule appointments for both us same day. We were there less than 10 minutes and had the results back in less than an hour. We will both use this location for a follow up second test. Friendly staff, answered our questions and we did not feel rushed at all

This really is the best doctors office I have ever been to. It is so easy to get an appointment and the waiting room is stocked with snacks and drinks. If you are tired of trying to get in at your current office, give this place a try. You wont be disappointed.

What an incredible facility ! Front desk area is separated from the comfortable waiting room which is fully stocked with beverages and snacks - the staff was kind, courteous and prompt. Easy to use online registration too - and quick follow up! Def told my husband & son to go here the next time they needed to see a doctor - and yes, as a woman they saw myself & my daughter for Covid testing ! All around a five star experience close to home!

Needed a COVID test ASAP. Walked in, registered and was called back within minutes. Joel was very helpful and explained what the test would be like, which was very reassuring since I’ve heard horror stories. Procedure took about 3 seconds with just a bit of discomfort exactly as Joel described. Overall great, clean place with fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this place.

Went for a Covid Test today. Was able to input all my information on line. There was no waiting time, everyone was polite. Very clean all employees had masks on. Got my results in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this place for a man or a woman to get tested.

So convenient to fill out paperwork and make an appointment all online. Definitely where I’ll go if I need another test. FYI - they test women as well.

Spent the first part of this week searching for a rapid covid test before heading home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and I am glad I found this place. Joel was very friendly for the short time it took! They accept walk-ins. Registration is also safe and easy. Got my results back in 15 as promised.Great work to all the staff there.

Myself and my family have been here several times recently for COVID testing and we had a great experience each time. Making an appointment online is very easy, we never had a long wait, and the staff were very friendly and professional. My teenage son loves all the “guy” snacks in the waiting area too! We found this place looking for a COVID test site but I will definitely bring my son back in the future for other treatment when needed.

The overall experience here is just phenomenal. The man cave feel in waiting area is definitely a winner if you arrive early enough to hang around. The staff is extremely professional and I felt comfortable throughout the visit - I went for a general check up. This is definitely my go-to and Ill recommend to anyone any given day! 😊

If you’re not having COVID symptoms but want to get tested before spending time with loved ones, I recommend this place for a 15 min rapid test. Quick and easy! Made an appointment online (3 min), time spent at appointment (4 min) - then I came back 15 minutes later to be given my test results at the front desk. Stay safe, get tested!

The location was excellent. Very easy for me to get to off 35 and 407.The facility was spotless and the staff was professional and courteous from when I hit the door to when I was leaving. A great place to go for all your medical needs without getting caught up with waiting rooms And overbooked facilities. I will continue going for all my medical needs including testosterone replacement.

My first experience with TMPC. Quick and easy registration. Walked in, received a room right away. Nurses were polite and easy to converse with. No wait time to see the PA. In and out under 30 minutes. My kind of office visit...

Total waste of time. Made an appointment. I go to the appointment and go through the whole process of medical history, etc. to be told at the end that they would only accept me if I did cash pay at home treatment and not use insurance. I specifically emailed them beforehand to make sure they accepted insurance for treatment and was told they did. I was told they were “at capacity” whatever that means for insurance patients in office. If they don’t want more insurance patients, that’s fine, but tell people once they make the appointment so they can cancel it and not waste their and your time.

I went to TMPC for the first time today, without an appointment, to get a quick COVID test due to an exposure concern. The staff got me in immediately, got me tested and had my results to me all within about an hour (NEGATIVE RESULT!). I was very impressed with their COVID protocols, their professionalism and their efficiency. I can highly recommend this facility and would go back again for urgent or rapid care.

Made my appointment online, lots of COVID testing times available. Very easy online check in process. The appointment went very quick and got my test results text to me within the hour. Highly recommend.

Went in for a rapid test a couple weeks ago and was told the results would be in about 20 to 30 min which was a lie because it took almost an hour which is ironic since my wife did her rapid at the location in Denton and they were quick to give her results and same for my mother who went to the Frisco location. Today I did my sons and I rapid testing and it took over an hour for mine and I am still waiting for his after almost waiting 2 hours. This seems like a location problem because I know others who have been tested at other total men locations and have received there rapid testing results within 30 min or less. This seems to be a location problem. If you research a way to get false positive or negatives is no verifying results in a timely manner so if they wait to check results an hour or two later after getting them there is a good chance it could be incorrect.

I went in for a rapid test for COVID-19 (asymptomatic) and the staff got me in quickly, and results were provided in 15-20 mins. Joel administered my test and help ease my nervousness about it and had a great sense of humor. 12/10 would recommend ✨

I got my Covid test today. I was out the door five minutes after I signed in. The results were sent via e-mail within a few hours. There was no wait and the nurse was very friendly! I wish I was a guy so I could get fast service like that for my general medical needs. Ladies are not allowed normally (COVID tests are the exception).

Went in to get tested for Covid with NO symptoms. Was in and out fast everyone was super nice and kind. Was able to set in car while waiting for results, which only took 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a great first experience getting an annual physical. They were extremely quick and efficient and did a great job explaining every part of the process. I’ll be using them as my primary care physician moving forward.

They make you feel comfortable and they actually listen to you. No egos here.

Very professional, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I was greeted until the moment I left the office, I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Mike is very friendly and very clear on a medical plan. He is friendly with an excellent bedside manner. I don’t usually enjoy going to the doctor’s office but this experience was quite different. I felt that they actually cared about my care.

Been a patient here for quite some time, today I went in for a quick COVID test so I could get back to work. They said we arent taking walk-ins because we are too busy. I then proceeded to tell them I was a patient at this location, their response was we have over 170 patients. Terrible response for anyone that is a patient at this location. It leaves me with a bad taste in the mouth. It sends the message that we have so many patients we dont care about one of our own. Do yourself a favor and go to the southlake location, much more friendly and they care about the patients there, youre not just 1 of 170.Unfortunately this location lost my business today.

First rate, top on the line, friendly total medical care! I cant not say enough about the quality of total medical care I received from Brigit, Ally and Mike.I have been going to them since Oct 2020 and have always had a nice welcoming and pleasant visit. But last week these guys stepped up their medical game. I came in with a weird unique medical situation. I was treated with care, compassion and supered follow up, follow thru and delivery. These guys are amazing.This is super secret stuff here..... If you ever need anything from your insurance, pharmacy or another medical provider .... just tell Brigit she will get after them for you.Thank Yall for everything Yall do!

Came here for a covid test, made appointments for my husband and myself as we need to be tested in order to fly home in a few days. we had filled out our paperwork prior to coming in for our appointment and we waited for a total of 5 minutes before they saw both of us at the same time for testing. the staff is very friendly and knowledgable about what theyre doing definitely will come here again in the future for any medical needs. very efficient practice highly recommend.

I went in to get a 15 minute Covid test. Everyone was super friendly! The staff was super efficient, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a bunch of snacks and drinks in the waiting room which is awesome. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the most seamless processes I have ever experienced. Once I set everything up on the link they provided me, I showed up and was taken back almost immediately. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone.

Attentive staff, easy check in and quick procedure with results delivered in minutes. My husband and i both tested today so we may travel to states banning Texas visitors without a negative test and are thrilled to be able to carry our negative test results. Had my first appointment today for a physical, was early and was immediately taken back to an exam room and had BP and blood drawn, doctor came in a few minutes later and went over medical history and current medical issues, as well as any questions you may have. We discussed what to expect from the blood labs and future testing, then gave urine sample before making follow up appointment for the following week in to review the results of the labs with the doctor. Very pleased with Total Mens so far, unlike any other doctors appointment I have had before where you feel like doctor is rushing to go to the next patient.

This place is awesome friendly staff and I was able to set up an appointment in a few clicks online. The visit was very efficient no waiting around.Did I mention they have snacks which is great after fasting for blood work.

Came in for rapid covid testing and was in and out in no time. I love the no contact check in and all paperwork done on the app which only took a couple of minutes to fill. Very convenient location as well.

Total Men’s is a great, well run facility. Though it is small in footprint, it is comfortable and well thought out floor plan. I went in for my last two COVID tests and was in and out in under 2 minutes flat. Can’t beat that! Result was texted to me within an hour. A+ service!

They text you after your appointment to make sure everything was good. Most doctors offices could care less once youre gone. I actually did need some additional help too and Donna who I was texting was able to take care of it for me. No waiting on the doctor for the appointment, very quick test results, and extremely friendly/helpful staff. I cant actually believe this is a medical facility, I was treated too well.

I went there for a COVID19 test. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Then all first time patient paper work was very easy for me to do online. I waited maybe a minute to get the test done and was out. Staff was very friendly as well!

Going to the website to book your own appointment for the date and time that worked for you was great! Convenient hours during the week and at select locations on Saturday. The doctor took time to listen and discuss any issues and a prescribed course of action. Since I did not have a Primary Care physician, I will defiantly come here in the future for all my Mens health needs.

I found out today I’ve been exposed to COVID over the last couple of weeks. A friend recommended Men’s Primary Care for COVID testing so I went on line, made an appointment, and had the test done all within less than an hour. The clinicians were polite, accommodating, and efficient. I recommend this place highly!

I took my son here and it was an amazing experience!!! They have so many yummy snacks while you wait! The medical assistant and physician were very professional and very thorough. Made my son feel comfortable. I won’t be taking him anywhere else because everyone here is awesome. I hope they make one for women too because I can’t wait to start going there for myself!

I did a walk in to get a Rapid COVID-19 test. The experience was great! Filled out the new patient info from my phone in the waiting room which has a TV and refrigerators full of all kinds of sodas and redbud and water. GREAT experience.

While I know this is primarily a clinic for mens health and wellness, a friend suggested for testing so I came here after being unable to secure a test anywhere else. Upon arrival front desk clerk was very kind and explained the process and was in and out within less than 30 mins. Now I know they said rapid test results would be available in about an hour, it did take a little longer than that for me, closer to 2 hours in case for some reason thats important to you.

Made an appointment at Total Men’s after experiencing foot pain and visiting both telehalth and urgent cares. Total men’s reception was warm and friendly and I only waited about 5 minutes to write being seen. I found this place to be so unorganized it is scary.I was told my visit was covered by my insurance. After my visit I started receiving notices of an outstanding invoice. I just received a collected warning today.This group chooses to communicate through an encrypted email exchznge that I cannot open.Seems thstvthry are going to torture me until I give up, this after promising me that my visit was covered.Be careful dealing with this group, you may get tricked like I did.

Total Men’s was fast, affordable, and has great customer service. I got a rapid test for COVID done at the Flower Mound location, and the staff was friendly and very transparent with costs and insurance. There is a $20 fee for new members, but it was worth it.

Needed to get tested, went on line and got an appointment the same day. Receptionist was very polite and helpful and the wait was less then 5 minutes to get the test. Had results in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend this facility.

Went in for a rapid covid test, went well and my provider was super friendly. Signed in before i got there and still had a 30 minute wait but definitely a affordable and timely place to go.

Went in for treatment, and it was continually delayed for additional testing even after indicative treatment levels were found. After several referrals to specialists for symptoms that were described as non- remarkable and hundreds of dollars in copay, I returned for treatment only to be told that additional labs were required for the same boards.The physician was not professional, more like insulting, asking questions concerning information that was already in my chart, which he clearly had not reviewed including my age and seemed more interested in the insurance payments that medicine.Bargin basment medicine at best. Do yourself a favor. If you can wait to get in with your PCP, do it. Youll get better, more professional care from someone that might actually be interested in medicine if not you.

The staff was nice and the doctor seemed competent however, I had blood work done and never heard another word after I left? It has been almost a week with no follow up. I have called and left messages and no call back. Nothing in my portal. I have called the Flower Mound number and it just leaves you on hold and eventually asks you to leave another message. I called Austin as I have been there before as well. No answer, leave message.Not sure what to do now, I have no feedback and no way to contact anyone. I feel like I wasted my time, now I guess I start over with another doctor and do it all again.This was my last trip to Total Mens.

I hate to be the one to leave a bad review on such a Great establishment but the way I was treated was unacceptable & embarrassing to my credentials. As a professional fighter & a real estate broker I’m used to more respect especially when it’s reciprocated. I came in to the office Monday 1-18-20 and the younger lady that sat on the left side facing me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this establishment for yours and I’ve never encountered this , she must be New. I will continue to write reviews and write letters until something is done. Worst experience with medical professionals. ive called and left about 7 voice messages over last 3 weeks, emailed them, texted the number their on hold messages provides, and even messaged them on their website. no responses. no one has ever answered. ive tried multiple sites too. understandable that it is during the holiday season, but per their own schedule, theyve been open far more days than theyve been closed and have had ample time to return my call.

I am really appreciating this place for their recent Covid Antibody promotion! I went in for Covid testing and they were also running a Hormone Test Promotion and I took that test and learned that I am really low on testosterone. What a huge relief to finally know why getting back into shape has been so difficult for me. Now I’m finally going to be able to get my fitness back! So grateful.

I was extremely disappointed in this place. They advertised it as a primary care for me but they couldnt treat anything beyond what I mentioned when I made the appointment online. My immediate need was an alergy medicine. They prescribed only one month of it with no refills. I asked the pharmacy to request another one later and they did. To no avail. No refill for an alergy med. So needless to say. I emailed them to express my discontent. No response. I wont be going back
